After three months of pre-trial detention in Bucharest, the British-American influencer Andrew Tate and three alleged accomplices are released from prison.
Instead, the four who are accused of sexually exploiting young women were put under house arrest.
This was decided by the Bucharester Appellate Court on Friday evening, as the Romanian news agency Mediafax reported.
The house arrest should apply for 30 days.
According to this, at the request of the public prosecutor, it should be decided again in court as to whether the house arrest is extended, a new custody is imposed or whether the four are released completely.
The appellate court decided on Friday by an application by the four to terminate the custody that had extended a lower instance by the end of April.
